At PregFit we understand selecting the right style and size online can be a difficult one. For this reason, we welcome an exchange or full refund on online orders within 14 days of purchase provided the original labelling is in tact and items are returned in unworn condition. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns on swimwear where the hygiene label is no longer intact. PregFit is not obliged to offer a refund, repair or exchange without providing proof of purchase.
Warranties, refunds or exchanges are not available on gift with purchase items and/or promotional products.
To ensure you receive your preferred exchange choice please email email@example.com with your name, contact details, invoice number and details of the preferred replacement choice (Item name, colour & size). This will ensure your item is kept aside whilst we await the return of your garment to our Warehouse Team at PregFit. If the style you require is ‘out of stock’ an online credit note or refund will be issued.

PregFit reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty by PregFit a replacement item will be shipped subject to stock availability or a credit note or a refund issued. A response for Faulty Claims will be received within 10 business days of the garments arrival at the PregFit Head Office. For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review we will then credit the cost of postage back to you.
PregFit will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge.
You need to send the original or a copy of receipt with you order.
In the event that your product is lost in transit, PregFit will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via Register Post.
We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day your return your package for your account to be credited.

RETURN OF GIFT WITH PURCHASE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Should you qualify for a Gift with Purchase upon meeting minimum spend requirements. Then however, choose to return your purchased goods for a full refund or credit note the Gift with Purchase must be returned also. This must be returned in its original saleable condition, with all tickets attached. If upon receiving your returned package the Free Gift is not enclosed, the retail value of the Gift with Purchase will be deducted from the refundable amount. A PregFit team member will contact you immediately and will await 10 business days before processing your payment. The cost of returning the Free Gift will be incurred by the purchaser.
There is no warranty or exchange on Gift with Purchase items and/or Promotional Products.
